For A- or better credit, one payment will be due at lease signing, pending credit approval

For challenged applicants, one payment plus two payments down will be due at lease signing

Very challenged credit will either be rejected or given other monthly payment options

All leases will have a FMV purchase option which does not exceed 10%

There is a $100 documentation fee (which can be rolled into the lease)
