SHIPPING: All shipments are sent by UPS ground, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Please no
P.O. Boxes, street address only. We also offer Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select
with up charge. Best Shipper will be
used in each instance.
BILLING AND SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES – Billing and shipping discrepancies are for products purchased from
ICTS that were invoiced or shipped incorrectly.
These include lost shipments, short shipments, wrong sales, wrong
shipments, and pricing/invoice errors.
Distributor or Customer may request an RMA for verified billing and
shipping discrepancies within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice date. In addition, Distributor or Customer must
notify ICTS of any billing discrepancies related to Distributor or Customer
authorized returns within ninety (90) calendar days of the RMA issuance
date. Such notice shall be reasonably
detailed and shall specify the discrepancy.
Failure to give such notice within the time specified herein shall be
deemed a waiver of Distributor or Customer rights to claim such discrepancy.
FORCE MAJEURE – Neither party shall be liable for any failure in performance
hereunder due to circumstances and causes beyond its reasonable control,
including, but not limited to acts of God, fire, explosion, terrorism,
vandalism, storms or other similar catastrophes, national or international emergencies,
insurrections, riots, wars, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, other labor
disputes, or difficulties, any law, order, direction, action, or request of the
United States Government, or of any other government, including state and local
governments having jurisdiction over either of the parties. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set
forth herein, Distributor or Customer agrees that payment obligations hereunder
shall be absolute and not be subject to delay due to any event of force majeure.
