Your Vehicle Warranty on having an ICTS Product

Services (“ICTS”) fully backs its proprietary products, with an industry
standard 24-month replacement warranty on parts (“ICTS
Products”).
ICTS’s warranty is limited to replacing
any faulty parts of an ICTS Product.
The ICTS Product Warranty is conditional
on the ICTS Product being used and maintained in accordance with the
instructions outlined in the ICTS Operators manual. An additional condition of
the ICTS Product Warranty is that the owner or operator of the engine or
generator ensures that it is regularly maintained as per the manufacturer
recommendations, ie: service intervals, oil and filter changes. Failure to
follow either of these conditions will void any warranty, or warranty protection
offered by ICTS.
Equipment Guarantee
The Equipment Guarantee is separate to
the ICTS Product Warranty, and is an extended guarantee that ICTS offers its
customers for engines that are still under manufacturer’s warranty.
If
at any stage during the engine manufacturers warranty period it can be
demonstrated that the installation of an ICTS Product has caused damage
to the engine or generator ICTS will as soon as possible, where appropriate,
reinstate the engine or generator to its state prior to the damage occurring.
The repaired state will be consistent with the engine or generators normal
expected wear at the time immediately prior to any damage occurring.
A condition of the ICTS Warranty is that
the owner or operator of the engine or generator ensures that it is regularly
maintained as per the manufacturer recommendations, for example with oil and
filter changes. In addition, ICTS supplies an operator’s manual outlining the
operating instructions and conditions of use of the ICTS Product. Failure
by the owner or operator of the ICTS Product to follow the instructions
outlined in the operator’s manual will void any warranty provided by
ICTS. |
